Siemens(R) brushless motor cables PUR
Description. Conductor insulation of halogen free TPE-E, separation soft tape, tinned copper braid, min. coverage 85%, on the signal pair and on the total, EMC 89/336/EC. Sheath of matt halogen free polyether polyurethane (PUR). Application. Designed for brushless motors for heavy duty applications. Completely halogen free cable, it does not emit halogens in case of fire. Flame resistance degree: UL94 horizontal flame test, IEC 60332-1. Very good resistance to common chemical agents and oils (UL 1581). Abrasion resistance and excellent mobile laying behaviour (10 m/s2, 220 m/min). Max working voltage: power 600/1000 V, signal 250 V. Test voltage: power 4000 V, signal 2000 V. Note to table: (a) example: 2 = two wires; 3+1 = three wires + yellow/green earth; s = shielding. (b) colours: N = black with white numbers or letters; yellow/green earth if present. (c) norms: UL = UL recognized (United States) / CSA = CSA recognized (Canada).

Descrizione. Isolante conduttori in TPE-E senza alogeni, nastro morbido di separazione, schermo a treccia in rame stagnato, copertura minima 85%, sulla coppia di segnali e sul totale, EMC 89/336/CE. Guaina in poliuretano (PUR) polietere opaco senza alogeni. Impiego. Progettato per motori brushless per applicazioni particolarmente gravose. Interamente senza alogeni, non emette sostanze corrosive in caso di incendio. Grado di resistenza alla fiamma: UL94 test fiamma orizzontale, IEC 60332-1. Ottima resistenza agli agenti chimici e agli idrocarburi comuni (UL1581). Ottimo comportamento in posa mobile (10 m/s2, 220 m/min) e resistenza all'abrasione. Tensione massima di lavoro: potenza 600/1000 V, segnale 250 V. Tensione di prova: potenza 4000 V, segnale 2000 V. Note alla tabella: (a) esempio: 2 = due conduttori; 3+1 = tre conduttori + terra giallo/verde; s = schermo. (b) colori: N = nero con numeri o lettere bianche; terra giallo/verde se presente. (c) norme: UL = certificato UL (Stati Uniti) / CSA = certificato CSA (Canada).

Application. Designed for brushless motors for applications less heavy duty with respect to the correspondent polyurethane types. Flame resistance degree: UL94 horizontal flame test, IEC 60332-1. Good resistance to common oils (UL 1581). Very good mobile laying behaviour (6 m/ s2, 160 m/min). Limited resistance to abrasion. Max working voltage: power 600/1000 V, signal 250 V. Test voltage: power 4000 V, signal 2000 V. Note to table: (a) example: 2 = two wires; 3+1 = three wires + yellow/green earth; s = shielding. (b) colours: N = black with white numbers or letters; yellow/green earth if present. (c) norms: UL = UL recognized (United States) / CSA = CSA recognized (Canada). (e) equivalent construction, less expensive, but still with very good characteristics.

Grado di resistenza alla fiamma: UL94 test fiamma orizzontale, IEC 60332-1. Buona resistenza agli oli (UL1581). Ottimo comportamento in posa mobile (6 m/s2, 160 m/min). Limitata resistenza all'abrasione. Tensione massima di lavoro: potenza 600/1000 V, segnali 250 V. Tensione di prova: potenza 4000 V, segnali 2000 V.
